I stayed at Be Faanny House for a week and it was perfect! The bungalow was spotless, the beach was just a short walk away, and the mattress was comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water, and there was a nice fan to keep cool. Daily cleaning was available upon request, and there was always free water and coffee/tea. Joi, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for its value and amenities!

Be Faanny House was an amazing place to stay on my trip to Koh Lanta. the owner was friendly and spoke good English. the price was fair and the wifi was fast and stable. I loved that they provided free coffee, tea, and water. the location was convenient, with restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. the nearest beach was only a short walk away, and if you keep walking, you'll find even better beaches.

My go to place in Koh Lanta now :-) The location can't be beat, with an amazing beach just a 5-minute walk away. The staff at Baan Check Inn were really nice and they made great shakes. The cute bamboo huts are basic but good value for money. Free water and coffee/tea available 24/7. The owner brought fresh water and coffee when it ran out. The wifi was fast and stable. I highly recommend Be Faanny House for a great stay in Koh Lanta. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the convenient location near the beach and the helpful staff. The hotel offered valet parking, which was a nice touch for a 2-star hotel. , the dry cleaning/laundry services saved me from doing any work myself.
